Even if they did, theres still crazy people out there willing to clean their rugs even if it gets in the condition of what's shown in the video. Maybe the rug had some importance to their personal lives? Maybe it had an importance to the family? Maybe they shared some core memories on that rug, you never truly know. Besides, people have seen what hes done before, his work is trust worthy. So you can just throw any rug his way and he will fix it. Thats why their letting HIM clean it Or perhaps, they forgot about the rug and left it in their garage? Now they want it to be cleaned for their house to look pretty.

So which is harder to clean, embossed rugs like this one (because the indentations help collect dirt and a vacuum will pick up less than it does on the raised parts) or shag (because the pile is just so deep overall it's hard for vacuums to get the dirt out)? I've seen both, and each has its difficulty when it comes to keeping them clean while in use.

I realized like a quarter of the way through that I'm a little dumb. I thought now why use alkaline chemicals on wool when there's likely going to be wool and cotton fibres, then i saw the backing and realized it was likely polyester or nylon. This is great, the level of detail ya'll have is incredible.
