I think we don’t have to worry about that. These companies have the strictest rules and auditing. If it was not drinkable (full of dangerous bacteria etc.), they couldn’t do what they’re doing for a long time now.

Don't think this is the best way to clean the water. Definitely not the most efficient. Most of this looks like it was setup for the camera. All that is needed is a sand filter then a UV filter then chlorination to a safe level. No need to treat with all these other acids and other chemicals. The ph level will stabilize for the most part on its own when it has run through miles and miles of piping.
