What is minimym thickness used if sheet of dry wall used in condo

1/2 Inch thick drywall, but if your building contains 6 or more units/condos, more than likely it'll be 5/8 thickness depending on your local/state codes.

Y'all are horrible . Next time place the dolly in the middle of the load while extending that far out ! Hanging right there on the side ? Seriously ? Is that concrete floors you are laying the Sheetrock flat against ? The condensation will surely make that last sheet stuck to the floor ! Stop being lazy and put it on some dunnage or risers !
