Great job ladies! I’m currently 32 weeks pregnant, 32 yrs old with gestational diabetes as a first time mom. I can’t imagine how to get back into a workout routine postpartum. Thank you for making this video and for the motivation. You two look amazing!

Girls, thank you! I have chronic Lyme disease and I'm overweight. I really shouldn't be having anything not healthy but let's be real i do and I'm a sugar addict... seriously! Which is the worst thing for me. I was doing so good then started eating like crap... noticed more weight creeping on and not feeling good so I'm back at it.... slowly. Walk every day, trying to cut out snacks and just eat healthier but this fasting sounds like something I could Def do. Thanks for the motivation, sorry for the book! You ladies look fab🥰

You can start by doing it once a week and just adding days as you see fit. Once you start shedding the weight you get more motivated to keep going and start moving your body

It's so incredibly important for people to recognize that you both keep saying, "what worked for me". Every body is different so listen to >your< body. For me, a 16-18 hr fast was maintaining so I do. 20-22hr fast. I don't do it daily because I listen to my body. It also helps me with cell regeneration for the brain issues I'm having due to long term covid. 🎶🌞🌺Blessings to everyone in their journey to better health!🌺🌞🎶 Ladies, I LOVE seeing you as mommas. It still brings a great big smile to my face. God bless you!!!! My BFF keeps trying tonget me to buy a house on her block. Super happy happy for you both!

Yes!!! Every body is different and everyone one is different. Just like ani and I are not on the same schedule because what works for one of us doesn’t work for the other. And do it!!!!! Hahaha

I feel like once we lost the weight it was easy to exercise to tone up. Sometimes when you do both at the same time you don’t see much of a difference because muscle weighs more than fat so you don’t “feel” like you are losing weight. Does that make sense.

If you go carnivore then fest and fast you can do a 24hr fest then 72hr fast comfortably and eat less.
