13:00 Wow! Great job. I don't know if you intentionally used a color filter to make the white pop, but it also makes the awning look faded and the area under it looks dirtier than before you started. If you take the before and after pictures using the same settings and refrain from any color editing, the difference will be more transparent and authentic.

I understand you concern about cleaning the awnings at night. But I would invest in a nice light setup to perform these after hours. Some commercial clients will just switch vendors over something like that.

a little overkill on the PPE with the Sodium Hydroxide aka Caustic Soda....I used to handle TONS (literally) of the stuff in barrels as a production operator at a gold mine....we used it for PH level in the solution ponds and used 500# barrels of it every day.......keep it away from water sources (sweat) and wash off well after coming into contact with it

I didn't see any overkill. Sodium hydroxide fumes can destroy your lungs. You may not see the damage for years but be guaranteed that it is there. Always use a respirator.

You can’t just spray caustic soda like that. It’s highly corrosive. I do gas stations every night and this is what I’ve used for years. I 100% guarantee all those metal window and door frame are jacked. Just something to think about next time you go spraying it everywhere.

Hey man, if you mix SH and Dawn dish soap it turns into mustard gas so be careful. Also, if you can buy any type of alkaline degreaser, you should be able to downstream it without having to mix all that crap up and it will do a much better job. And no respirator required. Also, I know it’s probably just the employee but crocs do not look good on the job. They look like weekend warrior who’s trying to maintain his own house but has no idea what he’s doing. Good luck.
