How we make our highlighters? Faber-Castell

The small, but highly efficient Engelhartszell plant is located on the banks of the Danube near the famous Danube loop. At our production location in Austria, around 35 million writing instruments are produced every year, and around 250 tons of ink are produced and processed per year. Textliners and inks for liquid writing instruments such as Fineliner, PITT Artist Pen and Multimark are supplied to Faber-Castell plants worldwide. The "Textliner 48", manufactured exclusively in Engelhartszell, is an export hit and is sold in over 120 countries.
There is more and more recycled plastic being used for our pen caps and bodies. The Textliner Pastel is such a prime example in terms of sustainability and resource-saving use of raw materials.

I got the silver one for my birthday and I love it. It's not for everyone - some of my peers have found it rather weird - but I think it's great. It doesn't pop as much as normal highlighters, but I think that might be only an issue with the silver one, not with the rest of the metallic ones. How much they glitter depends on the light; we have rather warm light at home and it glitters like crazy, but with cold light, it's less sparkly. Some of the glitter always comes of; all of my worksheets are a little glittery by now, and if I move my hand over it, it glitters as well. I personally don't mind and even enjoy that, but it's something to keep on mind.

For the manual packaging part: Why don't you stock each color vertically and desing a paddel which opens each color boxes bottom and drops one of the color in front of the lady. That way picking will be more ergonomic and shorter time period. Nice video btw. :)

Last year I brought every thing of doms but the sketch-pen the pencils,th colours all just work for 5 months, this year i wanted to try Faber Castle I brought the pencils, sketch-pen, highlights and even the scissors and glue and till now they are still working like new ✨

Smells like google translate :D In German, the word for "dye" is "Farbstoff", which literally means "color stuff/substance". You can also tell just by the title that the producers of the video are most likely Germans/Austrians, because the structure of the phrase resembles the german one more than the english one.

I have one that I got between 1996 - 2002 that still works as good as new!!! Of course I didn't use it much, however, because it is a marker, it's a miracle that hasn't gone dry! Thank you Faber Castell, never drop the quality please!!!!
