My all time favorite pie, MY mom use to make it when I was a young gal, it is so good that I never forgot the taste if it and no one makes it like hers. Interesting watch. My mom used to make two separate pies (a peach & a pineapple) for Christmas. She never used eggs in the crust or custard powder & egg whites in the filling. Looks good though.
