Omgoodness your video literally popped up when I was asking God about a dream concerning a guy I like. A little backstory: I'm a Christian but he is not a believer (he was a PK, raised in the church). We first met in college summer course (lol same) but when he first saw me in college it was like this instant connection and he kept staring at me. I thought it was weird at first but we started developing feelings. I thought he was a Christian but he wasnt even though he allowed me to talk about God to him. In my mind, I thought maybe I could change him. But it didn't happen. Fast forward 3 yrs later now and were talking again but, I just dont want to be too emotionally attached to him because I am a Christian and he isn't. Please pray for me! I really dont want to fall, but I really do love him. I have been looking for a Christian story similar to mines and I haven't found one until yours popped up! I am taking that as a sign, God bless you both and continue with your videos, new subbie here 😊💕

Thank you for telling the truth. So many Christian couples do not tell the complete truth about how they met. If both were believers and if they believed in sex before marriage. Instead they give us an after school special about their origin story. God-bless you.

This was such a great episode! So glad I gotta chance to hear about your start. I love the wisdom you shared about not being "discipled by someone that romantically is involved." That was a lesson that I had to learn after multiple dates with non-believers. So called missionary dating was never a good look! So glad that you both ended up together - such an incredible couple.

Two days ago I had went on a date with an amazing woman. Even though every woman is different, but she’s very real and open minded, independent, and junk like that. She’s someone who I feel I could really grow something with long term and in certain ways like me to an extent. The thing is, she’s not exactly a Christian but she’s willing to learn. She grew up in church and always loved it, I remember she told me she was on fire and read from Genesis and on and had a good amount of notes in her Bible of what verses that stood out to her she thought meant. However, during Covid it kinda died down because she got very overwhelmed with figuring out what was wrong and what was good which I can somewhat relate and understand because it happens to me too at times. That caused her to step back a bit from the faith. I think she’s into the spirituality stuff but not really, I know for sure she believes there’s a high power (I also think she’s pansexual from a post on her social media but we never go to that conversation). What led to us talking about our faith is that when we were about to eat, I expressed that before I eat I pray and she told me that she hasn’t prayed in awhile. From her telling me all of this from only talking to me on twice in person and hanging out with each other alone once, tells me she has a big heart but I’m very scared on if I should continue because I don’t want to feel like I’m trying or forcing to change who she is, I certainly don’t want to feel like I’m alone in my faith in a relationship if I decide to continue things with her, and I feel like I know what I should and have to do but I’m just really scared and I’ve been thinking about this all day and it’s making my head spin. I could also just be in my head overthinking something that’s not deep.

I have been with my boyfriend for 2 years. We both were unbelievers when we started dating. We love each other, want to build a future together and are talking about marriage. I have recently become a believer (literally a few days ago) and am now realizing that it is a sin to marry an unbeliever. He is such a wonderful boyfriend - it seems cruel to break up. If I was already married, the bible taught me it would be ok to stay with him. Knowing what I know now, I would obviously not choose an unbeliever any more. Any insights? Please help.

I'm assuming something has moved on from now but I just wanted to say congratulations on your new faith - I hope you know by now there is no condemnation in Christ Jesus, I know many people who are in 'mixed marriages' and still faithful to God. I guess it is more about whether you feel you could marry someone who didn't share your faith. I convinced myself I could for a long time but when it came to the crunch I couldn't. It was agony ending our relationship and by no means easy in the following years even but it has made my relationship with God stronger and by putting that relationship first I am much more at peace. Love to you and know that Jesus loves you whoever else does too! X

As a black atheist woman, I was really hoping this was going to be about a genuine relationship between a christian and an atheist. But, oh, well. This one of the reasons why I could never be a god(s) believer (particularly a christian), I would never choose a fellow human.
