You guys are so sweet and exceptionally authentic, one of the reasons I love this channel. I totally get where Yvonne is coming from, regarding unnecessary drama. I think because our parents/grandparents went through hard times and probably focused more on surviving and minimizing drama, trying to get stuff done, rebuilding the country and be as rational as possible, most of us Germans are not used to completely unnecessary drama. Being a German man, I have also been burned from latinas that have been very beautiful but to my experience in some regards borderline crazy and irrational and despite I loved them very much, the relationship would not be maintainable without giving up any form basic mental sanity. So I had to let them go, against the direction of my heart, which was a painful but good decision else I would probably be dead by now, from a heart attack. But in defense to Latinas, there are also German ladies who grew up with parents that would permanently be fighting, which is the complete opposite I grew up with and they have similar tendencies because that is their "normality", which makes them feel normal and alive. If a women is honest and authentic, not into drama and can make me laugh, that is the base of a friendship that can lead to more. I am so glad Jen could not only show her exotic features, also her fantastic sense of humor, not leaving out a moment to spread her built-in joy that makes it across the screen every time I see her. Maybe because she is gay she wasn't not following this almost traditional cultural Central and Southern American female madness, from a purely German perspective, which probably translates to the mentality of a dead Mexican 🤣. I spend 10 years with a half Mexican and half Native American lady who grew up in Silicon Valley and she reminds me a little bit of Yen ... is a hard working extremely smart and talented IT girl with a good sense of humor and very rational when compared to her relatives. Some of her colleagues thought she was gay, but I am glad she wasn't😁. It also wasn't love at first sight from my side but that changed quickly when I got to know her. She could be super sweet and that would be totally irresistible to my heart. Yvonne is also very beautiful and a smart cookie and I can see why Jen could not resist her charms. Happy 9th anniversary and I hope you will always maintain the magic between you that is always visible and makes this channel not only very informative, also very heart-warming, one of the reasons I have a good start into every week. When my current german husband and I first met in Madrid, it was not love at first sight either, but now we are married, have two human kids and two furry kids (cats) and we have been together for almost 15 years. Our encounter was also destiny I would say. I was born in Ecuador, raised in NYC and met him in a weekend in Madrid, he was also in Madrid for a weekend with his sister. Love your content!

That is a real movie-worthy story you have and decided to tell! With a very warm heart, thank you for sharing, it's been all smiles and wows watching this video! I only speak for myself here, as smeone who's followed all of your content, and the main story and timeline was already familiar. However, one of the biggest wow moments for me was about the bartender and how you both attempted to hit on the same woman before ever having met. 🤣😂 Wow thank god she wasn't into either of you. But more than that, thank god she could see right through the situation and bring the two of you to meet! 💘 Are you still in touch with her? I can use a cupid later this year. Now about the OkCupid, yes, I can say it's quite big and known to people. I think a cuple of years ago I had (for the last time) some profile there, but I think it can sometimes have a bit of a conter-effect sort of... It's full of lots of really personal questions while you also want to appear with your name and face. I had maybe a few exchanges with people I was matched with, but it never really led to some more breaking of distance or an actual date. Or maybe they were just true matches to my pickiness and list of No's that only used to grow bigger the more I felt like looking. 😂 Your story is just beautiful, which we've never doubted, it's full on love in the eyes all the time across the videos! OMG, I thought I loved you before but Ich liebe Yvonne Y yo amo Jen! I'm in Stuttgart right now. Jen: Every Tattoo artist has their "thing". For instance, some like SaniDerm and some don't. I've never been told not to sweat. I play Roller Derby in Florida, so I can't not sweat. And I love that Yvonne says "I don't Latinos" but Jen would be a Latina. But I would hope to hear Latine or even Latinx (or Latin@ but who knows how to say that). I go back and forth between which of you I like the best.
