Do people who live in an apartment building need a radon monitor? Thanks🙏

Yes, people living in apartment buildings can benefit from using a radon monitor. Radon can enter buildings from the ground and accumulate in enclosed spaces, including apartments. While individual units in an apartment building may have different radon levels, it's a good idea to be aware of the radon concentration in your living space. If you are concerned about radon exposure, you can use a radon monitor to periodically measure radon levels in your apartment. If elevated levels are detected, you may want to discuss the findings with your building management or landlord to explore potential mitigation measures. It's essential to address radon concerns to ensure a healthy indoor environment, regardless of whether you live in a house or an apartment.

Can radon fans get weaker? The installer marked a wc of .8 on a label when he installed, now it reads about .6 and the radon level is climbing from below 1 pci to about 4pci.

Where are you located? How long has your system been installed? Is the fan getting loud? The radon fan could have dried the soil out so there is less resistance to airflow, which may explain the pressure drop.

Located in southern IN, System installed 11/2015 and fan sounds fine. I am going to start sealing perimeter, slab to foundation and place my two airthings monitors in different locations of my walkout basement. I also have a micormanometer and may attempt field extension test. Meter is a cheap one but did correlate to the U tube on my system. Thanks@@AmericanRadonMitigation
