What’s the average estimated processing time for the J1 Hardship waiver?

USCIS is taking 17 months and Department of State is taking around 6 to 8 months so anywhere from 23 to 25 months or longer.

Have quick question, on hardship I had my case online last stage on DOS website was Sponsor view received which stayed exactly 2 years and information is gone now almost 2 weeks why is happening any suggestion
