During the rainy season we mostly have a lot of produce and we have to preserve most of it through drying because we do not have refrigerators/ there's no electricity. This time around we are making Evanda and drying it for sauce, for later on in the year.

You made me to fall in LOVE with my village life........ I'm now enjoying village life more than a city life...... What you're doing my sister is a very serious therapy because many of us left our wealth, our massive LANDS and came to live in Shacks in towns....... Chasing what they sold us ...."Freedom" in the city ....... yet it's far from what we expected........ Those who are from villages please let's go back to enjoy live and use our city residents for business 😄 long live my sister long live.........

10:50 we do the same here using cow dunk instead of sand. We collect fresh cow dunk, add water & mix well then use it. Back in the days of stick & mud houses, they would use it to smear the wall & it gives a beautiful greenish colour. This is pure African content. Loving it here
