I have a question because I work in the same industry, we make very soft rubber rollers (30-50 Shore A) and it always happens that when we have a finished roller to ship to the customer, an accident happens (e.g. it fall to the floor or a hammer falls on a finished roller). Is there a way to fix a cut in a new roller or do you always redo it??

Make sure when you wrap the roller use bubble wrap and all depends on the roller application some you can patch and another one like for printing you can’t.
