Your mom has so much hidden talent,creativity and best of all the can do attitude (most which are rare in our society), walaahi she is force to reckon with. All if the above characteristics are god given talent, has your mom consider becoming real lifestyle coach, she has so much to offer. May Allah give her long life, i can already see Samiya's eyes the will to succeed of course with mom's guidance. not knocking the hustle to simply use/employ local general contractors but the reason we use engineers and people with advanced technical know how is to develop with higher standards which includes curtailing safety issues and hazards that comes with quick affordable builds (like a sinking structure ) where they may not consider things like examining the ground being built on and the foundations integrity post building. keep up the hard work though, and thanks shedding some light on what's going on there may Allah bless you, ameen
