Nice video! Like your operation and how you set it up! My operation is similar except I store my inventory in sea containers - 4 of them. 1 I use for receiving pallets and sorting. I went back to basics, no cc debt, I pay cash for everything includeing shipping, so nothing get racked up! If I use my cc to buy pallets, I pay it off right away! Working from home and from the container storage yard is ok by me! Maybee I will buy a small warehouse in the future or an RV Home and finally retire full time, maybee! LOL Travel North America and see our great countries from North to South and East to West! That is my ultimate retirement goal! Have a great week! Joe Bee from Canada!!!!

Good stuff guys, Some fellow resellers love watching videos regarding another resellers setup and process, i know its always motivating to see another fellow reseller who is doing good. I have really slowed down quantity wise but i ramped it up quality wise so my sales in the last 6 months has been low but my overall net profit has went through the roof because i really buckled down and only focused on higher end flips. Love the t shirts, i have a huge collection of true authentic vintage iron on transfers from the 60's-70's era, Star wars, Sci-fi, Harley, Motorcycles, Hot Rods, Rock & Roll Concert t's, and many more, i am trying to find vintage "blank" t shirts but finding vintage blank t shirts is sort of difficult at a good enough price, But i have found some so i will be making some really cool shirts soon.

Tripp was super hot in the 80’s and 90’s! They had a shop on Saint Marks Place too in NYC. Their wholesale showroom was down the hall from my showroom back in the day. Is it important to have ur packages scanned in by the post office. When you print out ur own labels? Or is it ok to just drop them off at their office? Reason I'm asking, I had dropped off 3 packages at the beginning of the week. And till today it doesnt show "in transit" when I check my tracking. I'm getting worried they were never scanned

What are your thoughts on pre-packaging items you list on eBay before they sell? I've been doing that recently to help me better determine my shipping costs thereby allowing me to have more competitive prices and sell my items in a more timely manner. *(Also if it counts for anything, my bedroom that I operate out of is about one warehouse smaller than your set up)

funny story..
