How we saved a derelict building. What was once dereliction became the Exchange hotel in Cardiff.

This grade 2 star listed 200,000 square foot building, had stalled on its path to be resurrected. This is the largest building in Wales to be brought back into use without any Government funding. We still have a job to finish, by turning this building into 187 room hotel, to date it has 86 operational, with all of its food and beverage offers delivered. We are not only the right people to deliver this site, we are also the best operators to turn it into Cardiff's most talked about Hotels just as we have done with the Shankly Hotel in Liverpool, which is now the highest turnover hotel in the City of Liverpool.
