Love the videos, definitely educational! Question, when i print, the ink is going through the shirt and onto the platen. Am i pressing it down to hard? Or am i using the wrong angle?
@ApparelTalk8 ай бұрын
No when you print a lot it will go through the shirt onto the platen.

Hello, with the flash cure of iR lamps, in how many seconds does a White plastisol from International Coating gel?
@ApparelTalk2 жыл бұрын
With that Flash Dryer I normally kept it around 7-10 sec depending on if I was just starting to print or if I was in full production if it was a big order say over 24 tees I would warm up the platen then I would drop down to like 8 seconds. My friend that has an auto uses the same one on his auto now.

Thank you! Question - would you normally charge a 2nd screen when printing white on a dark garment?
@ApparelTalk2 жыл бұрын
So if the customer wants say a red on dark then I would charge under base then red but if it is a white on dark that is just one color so kinda of hard to tell the customer you have to print flash print

For.the 60/40 you do not use polywhite ? I see you used International white #12, Is that for all your 60/40 next level shirts thank you
@ApparelTalk3 жыл бұрын
For the 60/40 I use HP 12 like you seen now if it is a 50/50 then yes I would use the polywhite ink from International.
