in this video we go over how much time we spend on each activity per week at our small vineyard and winery. This is a good realistic view of what you would be doing with a small winery. There is a lot more to managing a winery that winemaking. This video goes over a weekly detail of the activities and time spent on each activity. I go over tasting room, vineyard, reporting, winemaking and business administration time on task for the week.
