GET THE DEEPEST, MOST BENEFICIAL SLEEP. *I USED THE SAME CLOVE FOR TWO WEEKS.*
Getting a deep and beneficial sleep is important to hood health. The best sleep for our body is to get into the REM stage. Restful sleep is very important to staying healthy.

Well, I said I would try it and I did. It sounds kind of silly but I'm 57 and haven't slept well in years. You ladies know what I mean. So I figured 'why not?' I had to leave the garlic to dry a little before I put it in my pillowcase because there is still a little smell even if you leave the root end intact. So I went to bed and I was out in 5 minutes and slept solid for 5 hours! That never happens! And I even went back to sleep after I woke up! I don't change the garlic every night and it still works. Go figure. I have no idea why. Give it a try, can't hurt.

It's a mind trick ==== if you don't go to sleep you are going to smell garlickee by morning - so you had to fall asleep and not remember there's a garlic garden growing in your pillow all that time. I think I will try this too.

Folks, I have copied and pasted a comment about this and the results of one woman's experience. You can read her comment. " Suzanne Johnson said: Well folks here I am a few nights into this. The first night I didn't notice anything different but as I have gone on it has been making a difference in my REM sleep. I have suffered with about 3hours of sleep a night. The last night was the best I've had in a long time. I actually slept 8 full hours. Not saying that this will work for all but it is definitely worth a try." I, OAG, think this great.

Try secretly putting a clove of garlic in your uncles pillow, maybe he just needs a good sleep, and then he wont be so grumpy. He could however get more grumpy when he finds out but that's just a risk you'll have to take. Its harmless enough though so should be okay. Stay out of reach of him, a canes length away at least just in case. Having said that though there's some ninety two year olds that still look employable. You'll have to exercise some wisdom there.

I haven't properly slept for months, and haven't had a dream in AGES. I tried this, and the first night, I did actually get some decent sleep. The second night, WOW, I think I slept about 6-7 hours straight through, and had several vivid dreams. Pretty astonishing to say the least. Because I could smell the garlic, I gently wrapped it in a small piece of cloth. But this works!!! Try it folks, and best of luck to you all.

More importantly, you are versatile with tech, which you can record videos for youtube, edit videos, create good content, and even interact with the subscribers. Not many younger generations could even create good quality content and editing like yours. I hope you will live longer and stay healthy so that I could keep watch your video and see more interesting things that have been passed ages. P.S. Thank you for your tips, I slept well last night

You’re smart & charming! Nature does provide. I can’t help but think of The Judd’s song… “Grandpa, tell me ‘bout the good old days…” and Randy Travis’s song “He walked on water…” about his grandpa. I hope that’s okay to say, because it is meant as a sincere compliment! All my life, I wished I had gotten to know my grandparents! You are how I imagined the perfect grandpa!! 😇

@@OldAlabamaGardener is amazing that you don't get to dream a state. Seeing a portion of your life from here, you are a hard worker. I would imagine it was the same with your time in the service. One gets to a point and the body says I'm worn out and sleeping. My brain doesn't shut down and I just keep thinking. I do dream so I get to REM, but not often. On a side note, I would love to hear more stories of your life adventures. We have a few from your videos but I would love to see more. Maybe if you have a bit of spare time you could share some stories. You are such a gem and I love to hear the stories of life from your perspective and time. The family is doing well, kids are adjusting to adult life and Mike and I are adjusting to retirement. Thank you again.

Thank you for the tips, my brother 🙏🏼 I've also heard that the DEEP SLEEP cycle is better than REM sleep at times. This is because when in the REM cycle, that's where most of our dreams take place.. and with dreams come emotions, and our subconscious can't differentate between real and fake.. convincing our minds that we're actually experiencing the dream.. even nightmares (which can be very taxing on the mind and body). Deep sleep can be just as beneficial 💯 One Love

@Jim Marcum I did that too for years. Before I got onto straight mid shift I had to rotate shifts every month. It took about 2 weeks to adapt to a different shift so we were all miserable about half the time. Eventually the company realized the problem and allowed us to trade shifts with each other to end up on a straight shift of one kind or another. Any shift is better than changing shifts.
