@@wastingjam4133 Madame, Sorry, but I m a curious about our society evolution , about this VIDEO, is that how the average American adult behave now-days ? They talk a lot with much slang use , and it seems they exaggerate their face expression way beyond necessary to give their opinion about what they're shown , despite all of them being over 40 years age . I used to watch reportages about the 60's American adults, they were all concerned by being the first to go to the moon project by Kenedy, so they were way more serious, did have nice speech & used no slang ! And in their 40's they were into family responsibilities not just (taking girlfriends here and there) , there was no libertinage ,,,,, Really, young adults now-days ...........:( !!!!!!!! they do not look very wise or like having a wide knowledge, and do not look innocent either ; and Women have little Reservation ; the opposite of 50's & 60's adults (our parents & Grand parents). Live to Parents, Live to Grand-Parents , Live to Humbleness & Reservation Thank you Madame

@@nizaru100 i was going to respond to what you said about not looking innocent /little reservations etc but thats a whole other novel that my fingers are too tired to type today. I shall attempt that at another time. Basically to finish my previous thought... the world is a horrible place with horrible things happening daily. So i say , even if its not something that you relate to, align with or understand, and as long as its not hurting anyone just be happy that people are happy. If you watch a video like this just think " i dont get it, its not interesting to me , but they seem like they are happy and having fun. Good for them." And then do whatever it is that gets you all jazzed up.

@@wastingjam4133 Oh, Thank You Madame, but I do not agree that Life is just to be happy , because if we all agree to step on ethics & morals to be happy , would this be appropriate to us Huamas, ? I think we must be happy according to marals (Incest can make their doers happy and manyb cases are reported of this , but is it really something you can encourage one to do ?) and to the Purpose of Life , Why are we here, where we're going after .. ? Thanks Madame

It’s worth mentioning that Y2K was not all hype. It really would have been quite bad, but the right people recognized the danger early and a TON of people put in thousands of man-hours to fix lines of code and make sure that everything transitioned smoothly into the 2000s. It’s a success story about communication and hard work!

I still remember tthe craziness over Y2K. People stocking up supplies and whatnot. I was 16 at the time. I remember my parents, as a precautionary method, put some stuff, not a lot, down in our basement's root cellar. Meanwhile, I wasn't worried one bit. I honestly thought the year would turn over to 2000 and we'd all still be fine. I actually still remember what I was doing that New Year's Eve. I was watching tthe war movie A Thin Red Line. Great movie. I feel like it doesn't get enough recognition.
@DavidStruveDesigns Жыл бұрын
When they were talking about Y2K and that it "didn't make any sense, cos what would happen?", it actually _did_ make sense - because there really was quite a few systems that weren't updated to counter the 00 issue and they _really did_ fail. Ironically the sheer panic over even the _possibility_ of things failing meant so many software engineers recoded their stuff and sent out updates to switch to a longer date format that _this_ is what prevented it from being worse. To the point that now people are 100% convinced it was either a total hoax or would never have caused an issue in the first place. It would have, but we thankfully avoided it because of the public outcry and panic.

We were having a genuinely good time, the decade started with scarily high crime but it was falling and everything was becoming safer, the music was so fun and diverse, and while democrats and republicans were fighting about who gave Billy C a BJ, we still felt united.
