Forte & Urbano owner hear. I'd wondered about doing what you're doing but in the East. So when you swapped out the different cog did you have to modify the chain or other drivetrain adjustments?

could a liberte with these wheels handle the same terrain/off road?

Hi KN Ab Absolutely, with one caveat: The Liberte is an 8 speed vs 7 on the Forte featured. The 8th gear on the Liberte is a lower low than the stock Forte's low gear, so it may make hills easier. ;-)
