Wishing you well during the remainder of your pregnancy. 💐 That episode is utterly excruciating for me to bear. My beautiful sister died soon after childbirth at age 25 some years ago. My heart will always be broken with regard to her and that Downton Abbey scene induces pure anguish and weeping tears.
