Variants are good for the hobby I think. I’m not into variants really. As far as foils. I don’t like the ones with just a logo on the cover. I like the key reprint foils. Collecting those 😃

Some good thoughts, especially on the "exclusive" variants. I have bought some J Scott Campbell exclusives because I loved the cover, but that is it. Way too much time is spent talking covers, exclusives, film right deals rather than the stories.

I like some of the new variants. It’s cool to see other artists’ take on some of my favorite comics coverwise. The logo foils are just a cash grab in my opinion, but I do like some of the foil variant covers.

I even like some of the foils. Like some of the facsimile ones. But it went to overkill really fast. But like I say, if you can sell a blind man a vision, then why not capitalize on it.

We should expect more epic-type situations to arise. There are heaps of overvalued inventory out there and desperate times make desperate men. People of low moral virtue are dangerous when faced with financial distress. They'll rip off their own mother like a drug addict. We need be vigilant and discerning .

I'm so glad I've stayed away from buying from "What Not", basically I follow my gut, my instincts. I know Comic " hot Damn" sells on What not. Anything he's involved with I just stay away, it's like something like a bad taste in your mouth you know. But anyway I enjoy your content Mr. Jerno, keep putting the videos out 👍

So over the whatnot and epic conversations the main reason people keep talking about Epic is to shit on whatnot has nothing to do with protecting the community clout chasing I made my 1st whatnot purchase yesterday I'll flip it on ebay love variants been selling and collecting them for years

I haven't paid too much attention to what other people are saying. I, myself, have already been called out and trashed over "making excuses" and "clout chasing," for whatever reason, even though I said straight up I believe Epic should be banned from Whatnot. I am not an echo chamber, and if you don't echo the same exact rhetoric, no matter what side of any argument, they come for you.
