Thank You! Your video is so much better! Others are so quick, dont get the camera close so you can actually see and have words plastered across the screen and now you really can't see what they are doing 😂 So again, thank you!

I just bought a pair of shoes for $90 that happen to be a little bit to big my feet slide and is uncomfortable especially on my heel , I did this and noticed a difference right away with only a few steps my shoes are much tighter but a comfortable tight and my feet don’t slide anymore , thank you ! This is awesome cause I’m getting tired of having to return shoes for various reasons lol I’ve had to quite a bit and didn’t want to have to return another pair again

Hi! What are those socks you’re wearing? Brand/Model?? Thanks!
@j7ndominica0512 ай бұрын
I've been wondering what the extra hole was for. I think this might prevent the laces from getting undone and reduce the stress on the last hole. But heel blisters in sneakers/sports shoes are hard to get. I had them from leather boots and didn't feel them in Nike Air without any medical padding. The science of blister says that you should allow the skin to slip instead of being tugged and pulled off the bone.

My own self I only run with a police car behind me, or to a Code ( Blue = cardiac arrest, Red = fire) at work, but I wear running shoes 👟 on duty as a Nurse. Those extra holes have always stumped me. My biker friends were no help as I've noticed even boots that lace up do not have the extra holes. I always wondered about them, I will be sure to tell the other "sneaker 👟 Nurses." There exists also a large "clog Nurses" population. Among sneakers I find running shoes have the most padding over walking shoes or cross-trainers and such.

As long as you get the right fit Hoka have a good toe box, this years Clifton, Clayton and other models are wider up front too.
