Willow Creek, Oasis Springs and the Beach in Windenberg are great places to find collectibles. Digging in the beach randomly in Sulani gets you a ridiculous amount of expensive items! Breed the $100 frog to get more expensive frogs, too.

@ True, but you still have to have a home lot and so forth. I recognize a lot of game functions essentially require this, so shimming everything to work properly and making it possible to load the household in Live mode in the first place would be quite an effort.

the thing with the sales table is, the higher the price the slower it sells, if you have it at 100% it gets sold way faster

Is anyone having issues with their sims not being able to have the option to actually sleep? I just have the option to nap and I am not sure if I installed a bad mod or what, just wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this.
