Simple , make understand to your students that pfc transformer will be always between bridge rectifier and main filter so that they can easy understand And make sure it chops the ripple d.c and again rectify by a diode and sent to the mainfilter . If after bridge rectifier directly used main filter then in that circuit pfc is not employed by Shafi

Sir..pfc ka full form kya hota hai..agar pfc ek transformer hai aur transformer input me dc voltage ko switch karne se ac voltage induce hota hai..toh is power supply board me pfc transformer on hone ke baad main capacitor mein dc voltage kaise increase hota hai...sir ..yeh samajh mein nahi aaa raha hai.. Please reply sir..
