What most people dont know is major cities have multiple warheads targeted on them. Russia has like 50 nukes targeted on DC and about 20 on NYC. The US also has multiple nukes targeted in Russian cities. If there is a nuclear war, one nuke may malfunction or miss, but multiple ones wont.
