I'm not sure what you mean by easy Jiyan vs Calcharo, but some characters benefit a lot from just blowing their stuff and then switching off and on again. Like Havoc Rover kind of has that but has longer field time with their core passive, where Calcharo is someone who utilizes swaps a lot because of his long animation times. When looking at characters like Encore though, she can sort of do both because she has damage dispersed all through out her kit, so you can swap on her long animations (which is usually recommended) but also it's okay to just have her main focus on using her ult, heavy then swapping off to another damage user.

@@Vinsenneth Oh, I meant that I personally feel like playing Jiyan is quite easy and I've heard that some people don't even pull for him because he'd "make the game too easy". I need to think more on building & playing Calcharo, but, hey, we're only a little over a month in, so I'm happy that I still have so many things to learn and build.

@@Vinsenneth That's probably wise if you're looking forward to new characters. I'm saving for the next husbando(s) and building the ones I have as I progress. The current work is actually on Calcharo! I'm trying to level him up to 80 & build him well, even though I fall straight into your general definition of casual players, so he's pretty challenging for me - and that's fun!

i think you answered my question on why i don't like jinshi's gameplay. character wise, i much prefer jinshi than changli, but gameplay is another important factor for me. so, when i actually got to try jinshi in 1.1, i ended up not pulling for her unlike what i had planned. still not sure about changli though, she's more fun, but i don't care about her character at the moment.

Well I hope that it at least gave you something to sort of think about! I didn't mind either, but I'm personally gunning for Changli. I think I'll just have to pick up Jinhsi on a rerun since I'd love to get her CAKED up weapon too!
