I didn’t know the U.S. had such an authentically Japanese large-scale fish distributor. The story of the family and the product they’re putting out is amazing.

For instance, in L.A. there are dozens of Japanese owned wholesale fish distributors. Its a challenge to buy because all displayed seafood is identified in either Japanese or Spanish. Visiting and buying is a glorious endeavor on a Saturday morning at 6 a.m.

7:00 In French cuisine, the meat is always lean because the fat comes from the sauce, which is usually made from copious amounts of butter. A fatty meat would ruin the dish for being too greasy, so French cooks always prefer learn meat because their saucier can provide additional flavors and richness from the sauce!
@benog48

She doesn't understand the proverb... *Don't bite the hand that feeds you.* Got 3 offers and took one in 45 min. I've got 18 years worth of receipts. There isn't going to be a single chain,clamp, grinder, and a bunch of other stuff in that welding shop tomorrow when I back in my trailer. All the sandblasting and painting equipment is demonstrably my personal property as well. 🤷‍♂️
