Being a allopathic students I was really thinking we just look on symptoms ,then I started researching about yoga and Hinduism's and I fell in love greatness off our ancient wisdom .and fate we be not aware of this at all ..India losing it cultural values. This is a part of triband. I decresed my number of breathing per minute by watching your earlier video. I learned from you. Practicing for months on daily basis i literally had mastery on slowing down my breathing. So i took this further, i learned mudra & Asanas from a knowledge person. In the mudra and siddha, triband was a part it. I havent master till now but someday ill sure. One who can master its prana can do anything.

salute to your research. as you explained jalandhar bandha in state of long vahya kumbhak may harm any nerve. i feel there is some truth and your suggestion is praise worthy. is there any experience of harm to nerve come your knowledge please share, if possible

Yes most times its subtle and ling term damage as capillaryget burst. In certain advanced practice when kumbhak is long the release is equal to pressure when one suddenly lifts weight and gets stroke

We have 6 darshan shastra and they explain algorithms which cover each and every possiblr permutation and combination of past present and future. I have not read of dr liptons work but if you read the summary of darshan esp nyaya and vaishesik you will infer its all encompassing in its own way :))

If we keep hiding behind insecurities eventually we end up with nothing. A person is what he is offered. Like you wont be the same with everyone whom you meet & you also wont predetermine that howevwr u may make a resolve. Guru basically is what make u feel heavy grounded in your skin a place where you stimulate your inner nervous sensory system yo expand and move beyond it. So be honest follow and trust what u seek .. you will be surprised what you find. Else we get lost in attire & appearance All the best

Pranam🙏 How much time does it take to cool down the body using this ?? Till how much time the body remains cool after doing this ,, so that I can do my sadhna for an hour or so after cooling my body using this yogic breath ?? I practice both HA and THA Bandh. I comfortable in doing intense fast breathing exercise and long bandh. I am facing too much difficulty in practicing sadhna due to summer and my career is getting affected😕

It depends on how much u can relax your breath. Understand these practises were done for survival and balance by yogis. We use it for our use. Best is to control diet discipline to help flow prana well in body and focus on slow abdominal breathing as norm As it becomes natural ur body variations will alter

If you are balancing temperature inside and outside then ideally your body and environment both should be blue right? Then why so much emphasis on just unifying the temperature of body as yellow (hot)

No here if my body is in blue spectrum then i am sweating excessively which will make me loose body heat due yo dehydration (as u can see in the lower image in thumbnail) In extreme hot conditions body must maintain its hydration without burning fats or releasing sweat whatever the mechanism to cool it The thermal camera here have a range so the outside is showing certain areas extreme blue (also it was first time i was using it Also this is just an attempt to generate some research based interest so as said it required more dynamic testing over time. I can only coroborate with what i experience what others have experienced as per their higher sadhna and certain technical parameters Hope this helps Thanks for your time
