I think the foundation is great but I think that there’s some bad habits being taught meaning all of the gun fights rely on the person being visible on the radar.

What's the best direction for me to use my Ls for rotational aa left right corner it's just so inconsistent for me and I lose gun fights is it cause im using default amd not black ops aa?

try 6-6, default, .9 ads multiplier and 103fov and rotating ls

I dont know what you mean by left right corner, but you can move your stick in any direction frwd-back-L-R, as long as your stick is moving. Even if your back is against a wall and you are pulling back on your stick it will activate. same goes if for example you are strafing right and you hit a barrier even though you cannot move continue hold your stick to the right it will be activated. the best way is to strafe left and right to avoid bullets and to throw of the enemies aim assist but if im not worried about getting shot at I will micro strafe L-R like a jitter where you barely move. Both settings are fine, I prefer default, blk ops is supposed to be more aa but default you snap to targets faster. for better aim download aimlab or play a private match with recruit bots. I warm up starting with aa on, then turn it off for like 100 bots or so, then before your done turn it back on for a bit so it doesnt feel weird with it on in game. also have your LS min deadzone as low as possible without stick drift hope this helps.
