How you should play golf in the wind - hint your golf ball matters

So as a senior golfer I've seen several vids on ball selection that all said guys with slower swing speeds should play lower compression golf balls. I'm assuming that a premium ball is a higher compression golf ball. What do you think?

Having the premium cover for spin around the greens is far more important then the 0-5 yards you might gain from compression. That stopping power to keep you closer to the hole on average when chipping and pitching will save more shots. 👊🏽
