I never even learned about this tip with the chin, so I’m excited to implement this in my playing and training. Thanks!

I notice this in my daughter's strokes. Always wondering how must is cause and how much effect of being late to contact. But in any case, great tip and one I will try to incorporate with her. I thought of it on my own as a cue earlier because in my experience in dance one's posture and movement always improved by keeping neck long though the back of the neck, in other words not raising the chin.

Great feedback. My wife was a former dancer and has mentioned the same thing regarding the neck and it helping with posture / balance. Hope the tip helps your daughter! 💪

@@Playyourcourt No maybe about it...between Scott and Nate, who needs to work harder on keeping his head in the game? I rest my case! :-) Thanks for all the good lessons, guys. You're the best.

Hey! Good video but would have been helpful to spend more time on the actual application I think. Concept was introduced but no practical tips
@Playyourcourt3 жыл бұрын
Thanks marcus, sorry if the instruction wasn't clear. To apply the method simply jutt the chin out as if you're trying to read something from a distance. By pushing the chin forward it will help keep the head still and improve performance. Hope this helps, thanks for watching!
