I receive that latter I have one year what happen if I don’t continue cause I don’t have the money to continue can I reopen the case in a year after the visa application is terminated or I won’t b able to reopen the case case I let these petition filed

I got a termination letter but not from the NVC, it was from the embassy (notice of termination of registration). In the letter it says I can reinstate my petition. What do I have to do?

You must immediately contact the embassy and ask for reinstatement. Locate the contact email for the embassy.

Both my parents petititioned me . USCIS send me 2 welcome letters one from my father and one from mother . Because my mother is much healthier I focus on processing my visa with my mother petition until I was told to wait for interview neglecting the petition by my father . Because my petition by father lapse the 1 yr . It was reminated . Now I received a termination letter of my application . What I worried is Will my petitioned by mother will also be terminated ? Please advise me . Thank you
