So glad y’all decided to test the waters at Hojo; we’ve only ever heard good things, but didn’t realize that we’ve ever personally known anyone who has stayed there! Castaway Cove is adorable 😍 Also, we’ve become very appreciative of resort laundry rooms as our travel habits have evolved - nowadays pack less, wash more and rotate through more clothes during the trip. Alexa clearly wanted to be more of an active speaker in the vlog 🤣 but the room looked really nice! I know I’m in the minority, but I love carpeted hotel rooms - something you rarely get at the Disney resorts these days. That side entrance to the balcony was a strange architectural choice, but hey, you can’t say the place isn’t unique 😜 TOTALLY get what you mean about the hotel being too far from the parks, though; Hilton Anaheim was just around the corner, as well, but you can only ask so much of your feet after an open-to-close park day! Great video, guys!

I’m really impressed with the hotel and the amenities and we always wonder about the pool facilities for kids. Pretty neat for summer days. The room was nice and good space, good themed and it had an actual mini fridge not a small narrow one. Thanks for pointing out the walking. Sounds like the mini mart is good than buy over priced at the park. Like that the property does hold pride in its prime locations. Yay! California trip vlogs are making their rounds so thanks for uploading so quickly.

I love the 50’s style! Thank you for including the laundry room, it’s something I’m always looking for. Such beautiful well maintained landscaping. I like the rubber ducky artwork in the bathroom. I didn’t know Wolfgang had kcups! Those retro coffee cups are awesome. Theming really reminded us of Cabana Bay. I like the honest review aspect. Nice to hear the staff was so friendly. Glad they have a luggage room. This was such a great tour guys!!!! Definitely keeping this place in mind 😊

I think this hotel has a lot to offer and would be a comfortable stay for a disneyland trip. Room looked very nice but I must say the balcony access through the closet is…puzzling 😂 But you do make a good point about sound proofing for the highway noise. Thank you for the tips and insight!

Which building? At 1:47 the building on the left is the main checkin desk / offices for the staff. The building to the right are rooms. And the building right behind castaway cove is also a building of rooms. Hopefully this answers your question. Thanks for watching. 😀

Thank you for watching 😀. During our stay, we kept the do not disturb sign out on the door, so we did not have housekeeping come into the room. With that said, I would assume that if they had come in, they would have refilled the coffee. If they didn’t, a quick call to the front desk and I’m sure they would have some brought to the room. As for milk in the store, I apologize that I can not answer that as well. We did not look for it specifically to be able to recollect if there was or not. -Chad
