I remember everyone HATING ralph for years, but his call ins with Eric the ****** and John the stutterer were LEGENDARY… some of the best moments of the show. Him and zolar on the phone arguing with john the stutterer might be the funniest moment in show history… this is the time to share your favorite good times!

Listening to you talk about Ralph reminds me of my wife’s uncle Pete. He passed away a couple years ago during Covid. He was everything you said about Ralph. He was such a special person. Im sorry for the loss of your friend, Howard. My best friend passed away recently and tonight would have been his 56th birthday. I commemorated his life by sharing dinner and stories with his brothers. We had some laughs, lots of talk and even a few quiet moments where tears had to be wiped away. Having a best friend is a life luxury but losing one is a kick to the soul.

My biggest takeaway from listening for 25 years was that Ralph had genuine affection for all of the regular characters on the Show. Sure, he was one of the biggest ball-breakers of the bunch, but there was a subtle tenderness to his approach that was endearing and admirable. I always imagined him to be the kind of person I could be friends with, and I totally understand Howard's sense of loss. RIP Ralph! Hope you're critiquing all the white robes up there! BYE FOR NOW!
