Tears. Miracles happen at Leeds. Imagine a statue of a smiling Howard with his arm around a smiling Marcelo. Legacy makers those two. Loved.

Sir Howard introduced the first ever wing backs to the Premier League namely Garry Kelly and Tony Dorigo. He was also one of the first managers to insist that every club should focus on its own academy. A true Leeds Legend, we love you sir ❤.

Howard breathed life back into Leeds because as he said it was in steep decline. He rebuilt the club along with fotherby and silver with the east stand development and building Thorp arch which produced some incredibly talented players. He deserves a statue.

For me Wilko is second only to the Don and then El loco. Dunno if I’ll ever see us win the league anymore in my lifetime ,but wilko made it happen. I don’t think he gets enough respect and credit for what he did!

I takes years to build up trust, Howard had that ability to do that, over the years, I've wanted Leeds council to do that, The reason why Wilkinson hasn't had the recognition that he deserves is, Without rhyme or reason and without any interest from Manchester Utd. He sold his best asset to struggling Ferguson. He destroyed the respect that he had there and then. That's why there's no mention of him around Elland Road
