Fantastic film about an amazing player and person. Definitely deserves, along side Wilko, a special place at Leeds. My first ST was 1990, and this was just when we went on to become a great, and respected team, lead by Gordon Strachan. MOT ALAW

As Gordon says, it was the perfect storm.. everything came together! What a phenomenal signing he was, a magnificent player & an inspiration to the rest of that outstanding team.. wonderful memories!

Loved this. Would be great to recut Do You Want To Win with some of the game footage here and that the club have rights to. The interviews were superb, but it missed the context of historic footage.

A fabulous player in a fabulous team. I'll never forget the Battle of Britain games between Rangers and Leeds Utd. Always had a soft spot for you's since!

I was in the Lowfields stand that day against Leicester and how the roof stayed on I will never know the most noise & passion I have ever seen at a Leeds match.

Thank you Gordon. I was 16 when we got promoted and became an adult just as we won the title. God I can't believe im 50 and a miserable old success starved Leeds fan 😂 where has time gone

Its hard for modern fans to understand how good WGS was. Lots of these modern 'legends' couldn't lace his boots. Gets us promoted and then gets Writers Player of The Year in 'Premier League'... he and Wilko brought Leeds back to that top top level 🤍

@@BladeLeesScreenNewsReviews Been thinking about this a lot, it takes character to do what they both did, you can see it in the way they speak here, great footballing brains of course, but characters - modern football doesn’t allow as much room for it, and is worse as a consequence.
