Did you include the soundboard? It's got several planks glued together...

I knew I was forgetting something. Later I realized I had forgotten to count all the paper punchings under the key front and balance rail. This would add another 500 parts or so!

Jesus, how long did it take you to disassemble this piano and what did you do with it afterwards??

The strings and tuning pins cast iron plate went to the "metal man". The screws and large bolts I save for use on various home projects. The soundboard was given to a luthier, and the case parts and many of the small parts were used in a bonfire.
