She clearly has the talent to have done the lead vocals for the band. The fact that she let her sister take that role shows her generosity. What do you think it would sound like if Ann performed solo acoustic, and banged on a guitar? It would be nowhere near the talent and skill that Nancy has.

In Heart, the first thing that strikes you is Ann's voice. Second one is Nancy's guitar play, which is truly amazing. Great band, they created some classics.

Actually... Roger Fisher and Howard Leese were the lead guitar players in Heart. Nancy is mostly a rhythm player. She can play lead but her great rhythm playing adds to the bass and drum sound.

I smiled the entire time she played! Wow! I’m from Seattle and have been a fan since they first became famous. And I met Ann Wilson at the airport and talked with her, a nervous, stuttering, 16-year old. Nancy is fantastic !!

I bought my first Heart Album (Dreamboat Annie) in 1975 at the age of 11 and fell in love with their music. They are beyond talented! I’m 56 now and I’m as big a fan now as I was back then. Not too many bands have this kind of longevity. Rock on, Ann & Nancy! 🤘🏼😎🤘🏼

I LOVE Nancy’s singing voice! She’s a fantastic singer. Wonderful vocals! And truly GIFTED guitar compositions! But nobody, and I mean NOBODY, can touch Ann Wilson’s gifted vocals!!! Ann has the most wonderful, powerful singing voice of any woman this side of the Milky Way Galaxy! Goosebump City for me listening to that woman sing! I THRILL to hear Ann sing! Been listening to Ann and Nancy’s music since the beginning when I was in high school back in 1975-77 and WHAT A SOUL-STIRRING, EMOTION-EVOKING CATALOGUE OF TIMELESS CLASSIC MUSIC THEY’VE PRODUCED! I just can’t picture what life would have been like without them and the music they’ve shared with us here on Earth. There would be a big hole in life without Ann and Nancy Wilson and their music. Such has been the impact of the Wilson sisters on this man’s life.

I am an OLD fan (72) and I love that the sisters are staying relevant. The have aged with me and and of course no one wants to become less relevant as we age - and believe me it is a struggle! Thank you both for for opening up about your selves and becoming better old friends. I only saw you live once -Augusta Ga 1983 - Kansas opened for you- I was chaperoning a van full of handicapped kids who had never been out for an evening without their parents. Well that night you made some new friends who talked about that night for months. I bet they would enjoy the acoustic tunes.
