Sifu #alexrichter is a standout teacher n poscast host. #thekungfugenius they call him. We use a lot of HUEN SAO in the higher levels of #wingchun It goes with the GAANG SAO plowing hands because they act like a catch. For changing and shifting an opponents weight and direction. Pretty much PAK SAO FOOK SAO BONG SAO and TAN SAO are all interchangeable with HUEN SAO but they really work when we use it to LET GO and CHANGE SHAPE.
