Sifu Karl Romain: Now we'll be demonstrating the jump front kick. My assistant Ty will go through the various stages of this kick. It's very important to make sure that you're practicing this kick with a qualified instructor. As soon as we start to demonstrate, you're going to see why.
OK. We'll begin first with a warm up jump. You're going to step out and you're going to use your arm by lifting your arm up, and then step again, swinging the arm back, and then one more time as you kick, jump, slap, and down. And let's do it one more time. Regular speed. And begin. Really important to make sure that your posture is straight in the air.
The next level is then to do this kick by bringing your left knee into your chest, landing on the right foot. Begin.
And one more time.
Very important to take off and land in the same spot.
Now, we go to the next level. When we do the next level, you're going to have to bring your hands overhead, slap your hand, bring your right knee in, slap your knee, and then land on your right foot. Begin.
And one more.
Now we're going to do the entire jump front kick. This time he's going to kick out and land on the right foot. Begin.
And one more. Full speed.
This concludes our demonstration of the jump front kick.

I practiced mixed martial combining basics of Kung fu, taekwondo, Judo/Jiu Jitsu and Karate. It seems that by keeping the right leg straight the whole time you would have less power then if you were to bend the knee and then extend the kick. Also keeping the leg straight would make it block-able by "telegraphing" the incoming technique. JW, feel free to shoot me down.

Yup. That is how to do it. I also do a super mario punch to get higher. Just lift non dominant knee as high as you can then rotate hips while punching up and kicking. This is a kick to the head or neck which is known to cause people to become more violent. I think a vegan diet made from tofu, lemons, coconut oil, soy sauce, chia seeds, rice, beans, bread, soy milk, coffee, cane sugar is important for not needing open heart surgury.

Its easy I learn this already this is useless in real fight. I love kung fu I train everyday at home myself all your kung fu I train it.

I disagree. I love kung fu and have found myself winning a number of school fist fights with it. Why on earth would this be useless?

Your very wrong. Karate was an art that was designed for self defense. Not for violence. One of the main lessons in Karate is to be humble, and use the art when only needed.

I remember probably Donnie Yen said it in "Ip Man" Japanese use Karate for violence, but Chinese Kung Fu is for defensing ourselves forgot the original sentence

This looks completely useless. First of all, once you see it... how many seconds does it take for execution to delivery? In a real fight it takes an instant... even a twitch to know what your opponent is doing. Very useless.

this is not real shaolin kung fu just unsubscribe and go to Jadeofficialchannel to watch her Wushu tutorial (Wushu also refers to Chinese Kung Fu)
