Thank you so much for taking the time to make this video. My Asus K55VM used to switch off very frequently due to overheating. Tried a bunch of solutions but nothing worked. Then I thought of the obvious, decided to open it up and check if the fan was dirty. Turns out the vent was completely blocked with dust haha. Followed your video step by step and managed to get everything done in a couple of hours. Now it's working absolutely fantastically. Thank you.
