Monster Manor was my personal favorite. I went through it 8-7 times! I had a tail on too. Some person in the cages said "WHY DO YOU HAVE A TAIL?!" since I was wearing a tail, I turned around and they said "ARE YOU A MONSTER TOO?!" I smiled and nodded and they went, "NOOOOO!" It was so funny. A jump scare person recognized me, due to how many times I went through, and she went "You're going in circles, and circles, you're never gonna get out..". When I went through the last time the person in the cage went, "THE MONSTERS BACK!". It was the best experience

Don't get me wrong, they have a nice concept, I'll give them that. But the execution leaves a lot to be desired. There's a lot of dead space (no actors or jump scares in long halls), and just not as much excitement as I would expect from a haunted house. That said, the decorations and designs are great, they just need a little more activity going on in some of those bigger spaces.
@DeadlyGrim27 күн бұрын
Yeah. Some dead space, I think, is useful. Helps build some anticipation/dread. But I definitely agree that there's too much here! Part of the issue is that they didn't really seem to give many good places for the scare actors to hide. The spaces are either really open or solid narrow hallways. You can't really do much with that, so you get dead spaces. Other part is that it doesn't seem like the scare actors were given much time to reset between groups. Once it starts looking like a "spooky conga line", you start getting less scares because the actors aren't in position yet.

@@DeadlyGrim I definitely agree. The actors are doing the best they can, but giving a few minutes between groups helps with that reset. In regards to hiding places, they could have had boxes or bigger props to hide behind, but that's the fault of the design not the actors themselves. It's good to see someone that looks at these houses the same way I do! You bring up a lot of good points 😊

Why the music in the first house,third house and last house? Is it because the background music of the haunted house is copyrighted?
@ralelunarАй бұрын
Yes, I believe so. That way he doesn't have to completely mute the audio for the video.

In Kilarney, they play a lot of music from the 60s (the main one I remember is "Sixteen Tons"), so that's probably why
