I originally picked up bassoon just so I could get a good scholarship in college, I later came to find out, despite the bassoons many challenges, it is by far one of if not the most unique and beautiful instrument ever made. Truly love its sound and believe it needs more recognition. I’ve been bored out of my mind with the boring bassoon parts in all the music my director has been giving out

Bassoon was what I considered doing when I first got my instrument in my music class but then it switched me to the drums, then to bassoon, and then I got stuck with the trombone..... the trombone is fun to play!
