Isn't that just like any other company doing an affiliate program? It all goes to Tate and to the 1 person that referred someone. Or did I miss something? Thank you and love your channel my friend.

Very well said, it might resemble an MLM but it really blurs the lines. Imagine I made a tutorial on udemy on how to weld, so far nobody would call this an MLM, now lets say I add an affiliate link so I get more customers from word of mouth marketing, now lets change my udemy course from welding to a premiere pro video editing course, still not an MLM by any means, now finally lets add a lesson at the end of the video editing course where I teach you how to upload your newly made video to youtube or tiktok and I encourage you to do it by uploding my clips, is this now MLM? Does adding this last lesson make this thing an MLM is the question, and while I think it blurs the line/steps on it, Im not too confident in calling it an MLM personally as MLMs like herbalife primarily make money through direct sales, while this seems like a more indirect way, i.e using social media algorithms, and the model itself offers an actual product. Herbalife makes money from signups, not by selling its supplements, Tate specifically offers an extremely overpriced course, but a product nontheless, that just happens to teach you how to post on social media. An even better simpler analogy is a seminar on selling. Lets say say I have a sales seminar every week where I teach people sales techniques so that they can become salesmen, and at the end of my weekly seminars I offer an affiliate code and I give cashbacks to people who bring in others, is my seminar an MLM?

@@wp8218 the problem Is…. He isn’t selling you anything. Affiliate marketing is a percentage for connecting a customer to their product. The fact he is tying this to his own course not an actual product that can be valued, it borders on immoral. Most people will lose the money they paid to get in and the others make money by getting the next idiot to sign up to a course. Also he doesn’t talk about how to make money, he never talks about finance, investing, creating and growing a business. His casino business got shut down in covid so we don’t know he would even be successful there long term. But anyway unless he’s gonna tell us how HE made his money, I.e. being a world champ kickboxer, high level chess player, and being a pimp in an online webcam “business”. If this what he’s teaching men that’s not an actual valid product. Like it all goes back to him. The product is made by him sold by him marketed by his minions. Now so many clicks on ur links and u make money too. But you aren’t learning anything. The things you do learn, it’s the same as everything else. Maybe a few actually apply the principal. They shut down the affiliate marketing program, saying that it will prove the doubters wrong and that everyone in hustlers university will keep their subscriptions. I think this video was a bit under-researched tbh, he is not a human trafficker, and his first businesses aren't morally unsound. If people are staying subscribed to his course for more then one term then logically their cashflow must be positive, that doesn't mean it's a scam.

You know what's also funny, he tries to slip in the multi level marketing yet he lacks the fact checking on how exactly his affiliate program is related to multi level marketing. Anyone with a brain knows they are two different things. Ironically, this is a channel about money, that's what makes it even more funnier.

It’s funny to think that this video about the problem is technically apart of it. It’s interesting and sad to see that when he says wild stories and things, he generates attention and hate (which is the most effective way to spread) to then generate more money which gets even more attention. The longer people acknowledge him the longer he stays in the spotlight, for example every time people go after him and he’s trending, more people find out about him (like my mother just did)

Another free ad for Andrew. And did I miss the part where you expose his scam? Also, on his website and in his content I nowhere read or hear that he says people will become millionaires from buying his membership. He says that you could make money with it, but not how much and also states that a lot make just a few hundred from it or just enough to offset the money of the course I think. I would never buy his membership or course, but you cannot just accuse someone of scamming because they run an MLM and because you don't like the person. He offers a membership, and delivers what he says when you get the membership. Even if the information in the course is shitty, as long as he delivers what he says he would deliver, it is not a scam. But correct me if I'm wrong with this. Also if it was a true scam people would just leave after the first month of membership because they didn't get what was promised logically right? He doesn't promise a job, doesn't promise financial success, he doesn't promise success with women. He just talks shit that a lot of guys want to hear and happens to also offer a course with some strategies that you might make some money with.
