Strubs and Bicks have someone doing that, so their jars are full of pickles. Vlasic doesn't, so its jars are often only 30%-50% pickles, and the rest is brine.

Good day Strubs are my 1st choice! I regularly have a jar of the "Kosher Baby Dill's" on the go... I drink the brine after I'm done eating them..a crazy thing to do? It's addictive!
