This is excellent! I have grain allergy and I make the crust with ground pecans instead of cookies I also put pineapple slices after the crust but before the filling. This recipe is great! I have made it twice. I used tapioca starch instead of corn starch. Thank you so much!

I like a cookie crumb base with sides on cheesecake. I have made the carnegee deli recipe which comes out well. I do like your recipe as you have not used eggs. Your cheesecake has not cracked on top which is difficult to do. Do you have any tips for how to prevent cracking? ...👋

If you use sour cream instead of yogurt, you can use the same amount. It's not too sweet for my taste, but if you think it's too sweet you can reduce sugar amount (keep the same amount of condensed milk). Happy baking!

Ciao Valentina, Come Stai.! Cheesecake, HMMM 🤔, I think I have made a few of those. I usually do not put the crumbs up the side of the pan. I would make a big cookie on the bottom and after it cooked I would do the exact same thing you did with the glass while the cookie 🍪 was hot. I would press it flat and run the glass around the wall of the pan pushing the cookie into the seam of the pan making a seal. Batter never leaked out. The cookie flavor complimented the cheesecake flavor. I did spray the pan with nonstick spray. My friend just sold his restaurant that I used to make them for. Domage. Cornstarch is needful when you make eggless cheesecake, it gives structure to the cheesecake batter so do not skip it! Let me know how it turns out, sure your boyfriend will love it :D

Hello! I don’t what do you mean for “fresh creame”, every Country have different type of cream. You can use any cream that could be whipped (heavy cream too works well) , but not sour cream or crème fraiche.
