thanks for the video. however I note that you are using the MM side of your scale to measure distance in inches.

Stu, thanks for another fascinating video. You mentioned jets were included in the kit. Did the instructions indicate when and why/how they would be installed? Additionally, the regulator that connected to the propane tank was shown but its installation wasn't depicted. Does it have any adjustments to change the air/fuel (propane) mixture?

Hi Robert, Yes, the instructions went into what the jets were for and how to change them. There are two additional jets, one for high altitude and one for natural gas if you choose to get the additional hoses. The Regulator assembly comes assembled and is attached via a standard propane take connection. Just like hooking up your BBQ. Yes, it has an adjustment but is not documented in the instructions. To get that little piece of secret sauce, you will need to contact Hutch Mountain. Hope that covers all your questions! Stu AG6AG
