Beautiful, delicious looking cake. I've always wondered how do you cut around the support dowels once the cake is completely assembled and decorated? Basically how do you cut the cake to serve it?

@@micheleoftheoaks5506 They 'fortify' it with iron which is a deceptive way to say they put tiny iron shavings into cereal. If you want, you can take your cereal and blend it up with water(enough to make a liquid mixture) and once it's fully mixed, put a magnet into the mixture. There'll be little pieces of iron sticking to the magnet.

Before iron pills people would put nails in a metal bucket of water and wait for it to rust, then drink the rusty water. I don't eat any cereal but steel cut oats, which aren't fortified, so I think I'm good. Thanks for the science lesson.
